Charlotte has a degree in agriculture from Wye College and has worked in the farming industry for 27 years in a range of technical, project management, sale, marketing and administrative roles for organisations including Kingshay Farming Trust, NFU Mutual, Country Land & Business Association and Milk Development Council (now AHDB). For nearly four years she has provided administrative support to CHECS.
