Ben Harman is a fourth generation farmer on a 247 ha mixed farm in the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire. He currently owns the oldest herd of British Charolais in the UK ,which was started by his grandfather and progressed by his father. He also has a beef brand ‘ChagyuTM’, a blend of Charolais and Wagyu cattle which is sold direct to consumers and through outlets.
As well as his role with the NBA, Ben is also an active member of the British Charolais Society council and is a former Chair of the organisation. He is the Chair of the British Cattle Breeders Club and sits on the Pedigree Beef Society Group.
